Position: SAP Order Processing Executive

Location: Vadodara

Qualification:

- B.Com, M.Com, or relevant qualification

Experience:

- 13 years of experience in SAP order processing, sales coordination, or similar functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creation and processing of Sales Orders (VA01) in SAP.
- Preparation and processing of Stock Transfer Orders (STO).
- Accurate data entry and maintenance of order-related information in SAP.
- Coordination with Sales, Logistics, and other internal departments for order execution.
- Drafting emails, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Ensuring timely and error-free order processing.

Required Skills:

- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Working knowledge of SAP (Sales Order Processing / STO).
- Good drafting and email communication skills.
- Robust coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional work.
