We are hiring an Oracle Taleo Functional Consultant for our client.

Job Details

- Interview Mode:

- 1st Round: Virtual (Mandatory)
- 2nd Round: Face-to-Face (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Oracle Taleo implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
- Configure and maintain Oracle Taleo modules:

- Taleo Recruiting (Mandatory)
- Taleo Onboarding (Mandatory)
- Taleo Learn (Preferred)
- Performance & Talent Management (Preferred)

- Conduct solution workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, and test scenarios.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployments.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customization requirements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide functional support to end users.
- Work closely with global stakeholders,



especially US-based business teams, to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support process improvements and adoption of HR best practices.
