We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO), S/4HANA, and Retail industry processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP CO processes while managing client expectations, resolving critical business issues, and driving operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and governance controls.

The role requires hands-on experience in Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), allocations, assessments, and period-end closing activities. The candidate should possess robust knowledge of ITIL processes, experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and global support teams.

Key Responsibilities

SAP CO Functional Support & Delivery

- Provide functional expertise and production support for SAP CO modules.
- Manage and resolve complex business-critical incidents and support tickets within agreed SLAs.




- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with SAP FI, MM, SD, Retail, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and process optimization projects.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.

- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Monitor cost allocations, assessment cycles, and settlement processes.
- Support profitability reporting and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure accurate integration between FI and CO modules.
