Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Civil Engineer with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. This role bridges the gap between on-site execution and project coordination. You will be responsible for regular site visits, managing daily progress reporting, and maintaining clear management information systems (MIS).

While proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD and Revit is essential, we welcome candidates who are still growing in their estimation skills freshers or novices in estimation are fully encouraged to apply, as hands-on guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Monitoring & Reporting

Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety norms.

Prepare and compile accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) detailing labor strength, material consumption, and daily achievements.

Coordinate between the design office and the on-site execution team to resolve practical discrepancies.

2. MIS & Data Management

Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and Management Information Systems (MIS).

Utilize MS Office (especially MS Excel) to structure raw site data into clean, readable dashboards for management review.

Ensure smooth documentation of delivery receipts, site logs, and vendor notes.

3. Design & Quantity Estimation

Review, modify,



and interpret structural and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

Assist in basic quantity take-offs and material estimations. (Note: If you have limited exposure to estimation, we will train you on our specific formatting and methodologies).

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or civil construction.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential).

Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Estimation Skills: Basic familiarity is a plus, but advanced expertise is not a prerequisite. Freshers or beginners in estimation are completely welcome.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills for vendor coordination, sharp analytical mindset for MIS tracking, and a willingness to travel locally for frequent site visits.
