Design & Engineering Management

- Review and manage facade design concepts, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and faade designers for technical alignment.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
- Evaluate structural, thermal, acoustic, and waterproofing performance of faade systems.

Project Execution

- Lead facade execution from design development through installation and handover.
- Monitor site progress, installation quality, and adherence to timelines
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during installation.

Vendor & Contractor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard facade contractors and suppliers
- Review technical bids, BOQs, and cost estimates.
- Manage contractor performance, quality, and compliance with contracts.
- Conduct factory visits, mock-ups,



and material inspections.

Quality & Compliance

- Implement QA/QC processes for facade works.
- Ensure testing of systems (e.g., water tightness, air infiltration, structural performance).
- Approve mock-ups and benchmark samples.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols.

Cost & Budget Control

- Monitor facade budgets and control project costs.
- Optimize design and materials for value engineering.
- Track variations, claims, and cost escalations.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with internal teams (design, procurement, project management).
- Coordinate with external consultants, architects, and clients.
- Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
