Position Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes, SAP CPI, IDoc integrations, SAP Commerce Cloud, and OData APIs. The consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable integrations and support global SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD processes including Sales Orders, Pricing, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, and Customer Master.
- Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations using SAP CPI, IDocs, OData APIs, REST/SOAP services, and EDI.
- Collaborate with SAP Commerce Cloud teams on customer, product, pricing, inventory, and order integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications and work with developers on enhancements and interfaces.
- Support SIT/UAT testing,



defect resolution, cutover activities, and production support.
- Monitor and resolve interface issues across SAP S/4HANA, CPI, and connected applications.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of SAP SD functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI and IDoc integrations (DEBMAS, MATMAS, ORDERS, INVOIC, etc.).
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud integrations and OData-based APIs.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Business Partner, master data, and integration architecture.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- SAP SD Certification.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, and BTP.
- Experience in global multi-market deployments and regulated industries (Pharma/Healthcare).
