Key Responsibilities

1. Own and drive business and product insights across merchant acquisition, activation engagement, retention, winback and monetization.

2. Partner with Product and Business teams to define, track, and evolve key metrics and north-star KPIs.

3. Perform deep-dive analyses on merchant behavior, funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to identify growth and efficiency levers.

4. Build and maintain dashboards, MIS, and self-serve reports that serve as a reliable source of truth.

5. Support experimentation and A/B testing by defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes.

6. Proactively surface risks, anomalies, and opportunities using data-backed narratives.

7. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness.

8. Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1. Experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics,



preferably in product-led or consumer internet / fintech organizations.

2. Strong hands-on experience with SQL (mandatory); ability to work with large and complex datasets.

3. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.

4. Solid understanding of product and business metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.

5. Proven ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and deliver end-to-end insights.

6. Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.

Positive to Have

1. Working knowledge of Python / R for advanced analysis.

2. Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

3. Domain exposure to AI Agents or FinTech, Payments, Investments, Merchant Platforms.
