Opening for Record to Report - Profit & Loss

Shift: UK Shift

As an Account you will report to our Account Managers, who act as Team leads. You will be part of a circa 56-person team to deliver on a group of 10-12 clients. You will need to meet our pledge and deliver full accounts preparation on your assigned clients by the pre agreed

deadlines.

Key SLAs:

- Full P&L; preparation, including but not limited to, accruals and prepayments, stock postings, Labour accruals.
- P&L; review with trend analysis delivered to the Account Manager to send onto the clients.
- Complete Balance sheet reconciliations, including Income reconciliation
- Support throughout the month on Bank Reconciliations
- VAT Return preparations and reconciliations.
- Ensure all tasks are accurately tracked and completed using the task management system, maintaining up-to-date client notes and supplier information.
- Support colleagues when needed, ensuring clients continue to receive excellent service,



even when team members are out of the office.

- Qualifications: A bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Commerce is generally the minimum requirement. CA, CMA & M. Com will be added advantage.

- Experience: At least 3-5 years experience in Management Accounting, with client-facing experience being a plus.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Knowledge of Xero is desirable but not required.
- Knowledge of UK Accounting Industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize and manage your workload efficiently, especially under tight deadlines.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Organized, methodical, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn.
