Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically solid Team Leader / Deputy Manager to lead OEM (Motor Dealer) Integrations for the Motor Own Damage Claims Platform. The role involves driving end-to-end integration initiatives with automobile manufacturers, dealers, and ecosystem partners, ensuring a seamless customer journey from claim registration to assessment and settlement.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Spring Boot application development, API integrations, AWS cloud technologies, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise integration projects.
