Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities
-Drive customer acquisition and market expansion.
-Plan and monitor production and sales activities.
-Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA, Finance, and Plant teams.
-Track business KPIs including Revenue, Production, Inventory, Cost, and EBITDA.
-Prepare MIS and business performance dashboards.
-Support cost optimization and current product commercialization.
KPIs
-Revenue: 4 Crores/month
-Sales: 500 MT/month
-Production Planning Adherence: 95%
-Customer Fulfillment: 98%
-EBITDA: 15%
Qualification & Experience
-Engineering Degree or MBA (Operations/Marketing).
-34 years of experience in the Plastic Recycling Industry (mandatory).
-Experience in Business Development, Production Planning, or Commercial Operations.
-ERP/SAP and MIS knowledge preferred.
Preferred Profile
-Strong analytical and coordination skills.
-Willing to relocate to Vizag.

-Telugu Language is must
