Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

- Conduct daily rounds, monitor vital signs, and order medications as needed.

- Participate in code blue response team activations and emergency situations as required.

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with families.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience working in an ICU or similar critical care environment.

- M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institution; postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.

- Robust knowledge of critical care medicine, including emergency procedures and protocols.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and family members.
