Job Requirements

- Conduct trend research across categories, materials, colors, and finishes to inform seasonal direction
- Develop seasonal design and CMF stories aligned with brand identity
- Design handbags and backpacks across categories for seasonal collections
- Create detailed design drawings and technical packs for development and production
- Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams
- Ensure strong understanding and application of materials, trims, construction techniques, and manufacturability
- Support design reviews, sampling feedback, and final approvals

Work Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in handbag, leather bags, or accessories design
- Solid trend research, storytelling, and concept development skills
- Experience in designing and executing seasonal collections
- Proficiency in tech pack creation and design documentation
- Strong understanding of materials, trims, and bag construction.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial and manufacturing requirements
- Efficient team player with an ability to collaborate across functions
- Dependable, accountable, and committed to timelines and deliverables
