About the Role

We're looking for a Videographer who can capture the authenticity of our farm-to-home journey from milking sheds to doorstep deliveries — and turn it into content that connects with our audience and fuels our next stage of growth. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable shooting on location at a farm at sunrise as they are editing a polished reel by evening.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot high-quality video content across locations — farms, processing units, delivery routes, and customer homes — capturing the brand's authentic story.
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for social media, ad campaigns, and product promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise video ideas aligned with campaign goals and brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end video production — planning shoots, sourcing equipment/locations, filming, and post-production.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design to enhance video output where needed.
- Maintain a organised video/media archive for reuse across campaigns.
- Stay updated on video trends (Reels, Shorts, YouTube formats) to keep content fresh and platform-relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (if any)



to ensure timely delivery of video assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film/Media, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Proven experience in videography and video editing — a strong portfolio is a must.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment.
- Understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling through visual content.
- Ability to work independently, travel to shoot locations (including rural/farm settings), and manage tight timelines.
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience creating content for FMCG, agro, or D2C brands.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools (After Effects) or graphic design tools like Canva/Adobe Suite.
- Experience shooting content for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Own equipment (camera/gimbal) — a plus but not mandatory.
