Core Responsibilities

- Architect Enterprise Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and secure Mendix applications from domain modeling to user interface delivery.
- Build Reusable Tooling: Create and productize reusable Mendix core components, modules, templates, and developer tooling to accelerate delivery across the department.
- Drive Decision-Making: Own technical architecture paths, resolve complex engineering roadblocks, and establish coding/modeling best practices for the team.
- Nurture Talent: Serve as a technical mentor and inspiration to mid-level and junior developers. Conduct rigorous code/model reviews, share knowledge, and foster engineering growth.

DevOps & Cloud Integration

- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Actively build, configure, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Test Automation Execution:



Drive continuous application quality by implementing and experimenting with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Mendix ATS, Selenium) within the deployment flow.
- Application Lifecycle Ownership: Take ultimate ownership of building, running, monitoring, and constantly improving live Mendix application environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Mendix Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience building complex apps with Mendix. Robust command over Domain Models, Microflows, Nanoflows, Custom Widgets, and page design.
- Mandatory Certification: Must hold an active Mendix Advanced Developer Certification.
- Cloud & Infra: Proven experience operating within Azure Cloud environments and building release infrastructure via Azure DevOps CI/CD.
- Testing Automation: Familiarity with test automation strategies, performance tuning, and automated regression testing tools.
- Integrations: Solid understanding of modern integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, OData, and enterprise system connectors (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, SQL databases).
