Responsibilities
• Drive end-to-end business development and sales for cybersecurity consulting services and AI-powered SaaS platforms.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, healthcare, government, and other industry verticals.
• Engage with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Heads, Risk & Compliance teams, and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and position appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
• Promote and sell cybersecurity services including GRC, ISO 27001, SOC

• Develop strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates while ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and customers.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, webinars, exhibitions,



and networking forums to strengthen business relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, consulting, and delivery teams to drive customer success and business growth.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in enterprise B2B cybersecurity sales.
• Robust understanding of cybersecurity services, compliance, governance, risk management, and SaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders and manage complex sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) preferred.
• Cybersecurity certifications will be an added advantage.
