Job Description:

Position: Executive – HR (Campus Hiring)
Department: Human Resources
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: MBA/MSW in Human Resources (Preferred)
Work Location: Dabaspet - Rural Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment for Diploma, BE/B.Tech, and ITI hiring.
- Coordinate with engineering colleges, polytechnic institutes, and training institutions for campus drives.
- Handle NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) and NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) activities, including apprentice engagement and compliance.
- Plan and execute recruitment drives, walk-ins, and apprenticeship hiring as per manpower requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely selection and onboarding of candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for offer release, joining formalities,



and induction of apprentices and freshers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions and apprenticeship authorities.
- Support employer branding initiatives through campus events, job fairs, and career awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to apprenticeship programs.

Desired Skills

- Experience in campus hiring within a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of NAPS and NATS processes and apprenticeship regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS/Recruitment portals.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives and meet hiring timelines.
