Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct direct sales visits to potential customers in the field to promote banking products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify current business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.
Job Requirements :
- 0-5 years of experience in direct marketing, direct sales, outside sales, or field marketing.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
