Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Showroom Sales, preferably within the Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Interior Design, or Home Improvement industry.
- Proven track record of business generation through Architects and Interior Designers (AID network).
- Valuable understanding and hands-on experience in kitchen designing, including layouts, modules, accessories, materials, and finishes.
- Strong Architect & Interior Designer (AID) connects across Ahmedabad and the Gujarat market.
- Excellent customer relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage and close high-value sales opportunities.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams such as design, operations, installation, and project execution teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Target-driven professional with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to handle end-to-end customer engagement, from lead generation to project closure.
