Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Packers & Movers Field Executive to coordinate and oversee packing and moving services. The candidate will ensure smooth relocation, maintain service quality, and provide excellent customer support throughout the moving process.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate packing and moving activities at customer locations.
- Supervise the loading and unloading of household or office goods.
- Ensure secure handling and transportation of customer belongings.
- Communicate with customers regarding the relocation schedule and updates.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely completion of relocation services.




- Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 03 years of experience in logistics, relocation, or field operations.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
