Role & responsibilities

the ideal candidate should have strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and project influencers, with a proven track record of driving project specifications and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the project segment.
- Drive specification sales by engaging with architects, builders, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Generate project leads, track upcoming construction projects, and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits with key stakeholders.
- Maintain robust relationships with architects, builders, and channel partners to maximize project conversions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to develop effective sales strategies.




- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and project status updates.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4 + years of project sales experience in the paint / Building Material industry.
- Strong network with builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Good understanding of specification selling and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
