Role & responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants throughout their hospital journey, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and appointment scheduling.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, treatment processes, facilities, and policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other departments to ensure timely patient care.
- Address patient queries, complaints, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and escalation when required.
- Conduct regular patient rounds to assess patient satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities.
- Assist patients with insurance, TPA, and cashless hospitalization processes by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Facilitate communication between patients, attendants, and clinical teams to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient service records, feedback reports, and service-related documentation.
- Collect, analyze,



and report patient feedback to improve service quality and patient satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and quality protocols.
- Support VIP patient care, international patients, and special service requirements whenever required.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient experience programs, and accreditation activities (NABH/JCI, if applicable).
- Educate patients and attendants regarding discharge procedures, follow-up appointments, and available support services.
- Perform any other patient service responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
