Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to create a memorable and seamless
experience for customers visiting our sales offices and project sites. The incumbent will be responsible for welcoming guests,
managing customer interactions, coordinating site visits, maintaining reception operations, and ensuring a high standard of
hospitality. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and the ability to
coordinate effectively with internal teams while delivering exceptional customer service.




Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet all customers and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
Ensure a positive first impression by delivering an exceptional guest experience at the sales office/project site.
Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate records of walk-ins, appointments, and customer
interactions.
Coordinate customer site visits and ensure smooth movement between reception, sales teams, and project
locations.
Assist the Sales team by allocating walk-in customers and maintaining proper customer flow.
Offer refreshments and ensure the reception and customer lounge areas are clean, organized, and
presentable at all times.
Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Administration, and Facility teams to ensure timely support for customer
requirements.
Maintain customer feedback records and escalate concerns to the concerned departments for resolution.
Monitor reception activities, visitor management systems, and daily footfall reports.
Ensure adherence to company standards, hospitality protocols, and service quality guidelines.
Support events,



customer engagement activities, project launches, and promotional campaigns as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
01-05 years of experience as a Guest Relationship Executive, Front Office Executive, Customer Service Executive, or
Reception Executive.
Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, banking, or customer-facing roles will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
Well-groomed personality with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
