Job Description:
Identify and research prospective healthcare organisations across the U.S.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels.
Engage with CEOs, CFOs, Practice Administrators, Revenue Cycle Directors, Billing Managers, and Practice Managers.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales leadership team.
Understand client pain points related to billing, coding, denials, Accounts Receivable, credentialling, and revenue cycle operations.
Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM.




Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to support business development initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. healthcare market.
Required Skills:
Excellent spoken and written English.
Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
Ability to build rapport with senior healthcare executives.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM.
Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
