Role & responsibilities

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with 6 to 8+ years of hands-on experience to lead international client engagements, solutioning, and end-to-end NetSuite implementations from our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage full implementation lifecycles (1015+ projects) from the BPQ/requirement gathering stage through Go-Live and post-Go-Live support.
- Core Module Expertise: Drive deep functional design across Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), ARM (Advanced Revenue Management), SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Multi-Book Accounting, Advanced Inventory, WMS, and WIP/Manufacturing.
- Solution Architecture & Documentation: Understand complex customer requirements, design scalable solutions, and author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Blueprints, and Technical Solution Designs.
- Stakeholder & Pre-Sales Management: Present solution designs and BRDs directly to C-level stakeholders (CFO, CEO, Senior Leadership); lead pre-sales activities, end-to-end solution demos, and POCs in collaboration with Oracle teams.
- Integrations & Tax Compliance:



Design and execute integrations with third-party systems (Keka, Darwinbox, Salesforce, Bank Portals) and handle Indian Tax Compliance (GST, TDS, Exports, e-Invoicing platforms like ClearTax).
- Data Migration & Financial Controls: Lead legacy/historical data migration (mapping, upload, sign-off), set up budgeting/controls across dimensions, and handle complex scenarios involving Local GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, and transfer pricing.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 6 to 8+ years of strong Techno-Functional expertise in Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven track record handling international clients, project lifecycles, and direct C-suite communications.
- Hands-on expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, custom workflows, third-party integrations, and Indian tax compliance (GST/ClearTax).
- Strong financial, inventory, and intercompany operations domain knowledge (O2C, P2P, R2R, GAAP/IFRS standards).
- Preferred Mindset: Out-of-the-box solutioning first, using custom development only when necessary; strong ownership and escalation handling skills.
- Location & Work Mode: Must be willing to work full time from our office in Hyderabad.
