Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and financial records.

- Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and payment records.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports,



and monthly statements.

- Support internal and external audits.

- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in accounting software.

- Coordinate with management regarding financial matters.

Requirements

- CA Inter qualification.

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

- Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and organizational abilities.
