- Working with estate representatives and their legal teams to provide detailed information about the deceaseds NAB relationship, and NABs requirements to finalise an estate in a timely manner;
- Completing process and documentation in support of estate management and finalisation;
- Ensuring case notes are thorough, accurate and up to date to allow colleagues in Australia to liaise with the customer.
- Managing the day to day deceased estates operational tasks such as but not limited to; Inbox, paper/zirco, cheques and vouchers, payments processing, core case management
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. BCoP) obligations are adhered to
- Consistent focus on customer experience delivered through written correspondence.
- First point resolution - address any outstanding estate requirements through written correspondence
- Quality case notes recorded to assist Australia-based colleagues who will be taking inbound calls/making outbound follow up calls.
