Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for lateral hires, mass recruitment campaigns, and volume hiring initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
- Proven track record of success in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, mass recruitment, or volume hiring.
- Robust understanding of BPO/call center operations and ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
