Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ophthalmologist to join a reputed healthcare facility in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of eye conditions and vision disorders while providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and disorders of the eyes.
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments.
• Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and treatment plans as required.
• Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and imaging results.
• Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
• MBBS with MS/DNB/MD in Ophthalmology or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 35 years of post-specialization experience.
• Valid medical license/registration.
• GCC experience or Oman Dataflow/MOH eligibility preferred.
• Excellent clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
