# Job Summary

Vimpact Care Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team at our Gannavaram office (VIJAYAWADA). The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and proficiency in Excel. We are looking for a responsible professional who can independently handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.

# Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.

2. Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and account finalization.

3. Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.

4. Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.

5. Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow.

6. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal departments as required.

7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.

# Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Qualification:



B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
- Thorough practical knowledge of Tally ERP and/or Busy Accounting Software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:

Pivot Tables

VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

Sorting & Filtering

Index & Match

Data Analysis Functions

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English (written and verbal).

# Preferred Candidate

- Resident of Vijayawada, Gannavaram, or nearby areas.
- Able to join immediately or within 15 days from the date of appointment.

# Compensation & Advantages

- Salary: 35,000 40,000 per month (based on experience, skills, and capability).
