• Understanding of Assy Process Types of defects & causes
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, FMEA, SPC, MSA & Control plan
• Problem Solving & analysis skills
• IATF certified internal auditor
• Hands on experience of Product and Process audit
• Report understanding product alignment, drawing understanding, knowledge of GD & T.
• Red bin analysis
• Knowledge of gauge / instruments DVC, Height gauge, receiving gauge.
• Knowledge of Calibration & Validation
• Knowledge of document preparation – Inspection standard, Work instruction, Appearance
