Roles and responsibilities:

Procurement and Vendor Management:

- Ensure Sourcing & Procurement leaders for all kinds of equipments and consumables required for the smooth operations of Apollo Home Healthcare.
- Responsible to build excellence in Supply Chain by focusing on long-term strategic targets. Create the SCM strategy basis rental and sales of Clinical equipments.
- Champion vendor relationship management, vendor engagement & oversight plan.
Prepare materials procurement budget and monitor price variance.
- Carry out Vendor rating / supplier scorecard on quality, cost, delivery & sustainability also black listing of the vendors if necessary.
- Monitor current orders in Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd.

Stores and Inventory management:

- Responsible for equipment and consumables Supply planning, Demand Planning, & Dispatch Scheduling
- Implement and monitor all activities relating to receipt, storage & dispatch /issue of materials including consumables to meet the requirement
- Ensure the quality of materials by proper storage.
- Maintain optimum inventory control by balancing of receipts & issues.




- Monitor the spare availability of critical consumables and clinical equipments.
- Accountable for accuracy of physical Vs book stock in all areas under control.
- Safeguards store operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- To set and meet the quality objectives and ensure that all the departmental activities are carried out as per QMS guidelines.
- Cross functional reviews, tracking deliverables and handling escalations.
- Responsible for Supply planning, MIS and overall inventory management.
- Experience in high volume Supply Chain in Hospital/Healthcare industries will be added advantage
- Good Demonstrated experience in handling Demand Planning and use of forecasting tools, hand on experience in Stores, Fleet management & inventory management.

Others responsibilities:

- Develop and ensure adherence to all SCM SOPs & statutory requirements.
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements is met.
- Coach and develop skilled workforce, goal setting, performance monitoring & measurement of team members.
