Location: Gurugram (In office)

Duration: 3 months / 6 days a week. Possibility of PPO based on performance

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Read and analyze annual reports, DRHPs, investor presentations, concalls/earnings call transcripts, and exchange filings for Indian listed companies.
- Study business models, management quality, competitive positioning, and key financial/operational drivers for selected companies and sectors.
- Analyzing financial statements, key ratios, and historical performance trends.
- Track daily market news, corporate announcements, results, and sector developments
- Draft concise company notes, result updates, sector snapshots, and short investment summaries in clear, simple language for internal and client's understanding.
- Assist in preparing material for client onboarding, periodic updates, performance reports, and responses to basic client queries related to markets and covered stocks.
- The intern may be required to perform other related duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned in line with the needs of the research and decision making.

Education & Certifications





- Completed B.Com/BBA and CFA Level II/FRM Part 1 (mandatory). Any other finance certifications would be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

- Strong interest in equity markets and business analysis; regularly follows market news and listed company developments.
- Comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint to make customized reports for clients
- Knowledge of web-based research tools like Screener, Stockscans, Trading View etc.
- Should be well-versed with AI tools
- Ability to stay focused and should have the stamina to read for long blocks of time
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a small entrepreneurial setup with high ownership and learning intensity.
