A) Technical Skills:

- has a degree/diploma in Automation & Control, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics.

- has previous experience with industrial automation (packaging, automation, and robotics).

- has a knowledge and understanding of PLC programming and Operator Panel (HMI) for SIEMENS, ROCKWELL, SCHNEIDER, and OMRON.

- knowledge of ROBOT (FANUC, ABB, KUKA),

- Knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, ReeR, Sick safety devices.

- knowledge of Siemens, Rockwell, Danfoss, SEW drives management.

- Knowledge of INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet IP DEVICENET,

- knowledge how to operate in: Logix designer Studio (Rockwell), Factory talk Studio (Rockwell), RsLinx, TIA PORTAL STEP 7 (Siemens) TIA PORTAL WINCC, Movisuite (SEW), CODESYS.

- Knowledge of Safety Standards for the industry.

- good knowledge electrical (electric motor, current / tension, series / parallel connection, reading electrical scheme)

- good knowledge Boolean logic (bit – byte – word – and – or)

- element of physics (mechanical theory (linear speed, rotary speed, speed, space, time, acceleration)

- knowledge read and understand electrical and logic specification

- knowledge learning,



manual work (wiring cabling when needed)

- knowledge robotics system (cartesian axis, linear and joint movement)

- knowledge motion (brushless motor, drive, control profile)

B) Soft Skills:

the ideal candidate has a pro-active and can-do attitude, is resilient, adaptive to change, seeing the opportunity in each new challenge, is motivated and focused to reach always a satisfactory resolution for the customer, meeting and exceeding the expectations.

- Has good analytical skills and some previous experience for testing and troubleshooting and also for coaching customer to use new equipment

- Had good communication skills both verbally and in written to enable a best-in-class collaboration with the customer.

- Language skills: must be very positive in English. Added value: Italian language.

- Willingness to travel to an average of 75% of hers/his time with periods of 1-4 weeks away from home.
