Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, REST APIs, and JSM (JavaScript Module/JavaScript Management skills as applicable) to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
- Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and technical discussions.
- Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Drive application performance tuning, security enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java, Java 8/11/17, Collections,



Multithreading, and JVM concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate.
- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and related technologies.
- Working knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and software engineering best practices.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and automation tools.
- Prior experience leading development teams and managing technical deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale projects.
