Role & responsibilities

We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Associate to manage our product listings, storefront, and seller operations on Amazon for our smart home product range (Aqara, Govee, and similar brands). The ideal candidate understands how to position smart home/IoT products effectively and keep listings compliant with Amazon's electronics category policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, upload, and optimize listings for smart home/IoT products (titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords) with clear compatibility info (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Zigbee hub requirements, etc.)
- Manage inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment across Seller Central (FBA/FBM processes as applicable)
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for shipments and replenishment (FBA and/or self-fulfilled, depending on final fulfillment strategy)
- Set up and optimize Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products/Brands) for high-competition electronics keywords
- Ensure listings meet Amazon's category-specific compliance (battery/wireless device documentation, safety certifications, energy labeling where applicable)
- Manage product variations/bundles (e.g., Aqara hub + sensor kits, Govee light strip + controller combos)




- Monitor account health metrics (ODR, IPI, return rates) smart home products often see higher return rates due to app pairing/connectivity issues, so track and flag these patterns
- Track competitor pricing/listings for Aqara, Govee etc.
- Handle customer queries related to product setup/compatibility, reviews, and A-to-Z claims
- Coordinate with brand/vendor teams for updated product images, manuals, and certification docs
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports (sales, ACOS, conversion, category benchmarking) Required Skills
- Hands-on Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central experience
- Familiarity with electronics/smart home category listing requirements on Amazon
- Amazon SEO and keyword research (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar)
- Basic Amazon PPC campaign management

Positive to Have

- Prior experience selling Aqara, Govee, or similar smart home/IoT brands
- Understanding of smart home ecosystems (Zigbee, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth mesh, hub-based devices)
- FBA experience
- Experience with product certification documentation (BIS/CE/FCC as applicable)

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline; marketing/business background preferred.
