About the Role

Jyotirmoy Public School, Odlabari is looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal to lead the institution. We welcome applications from seasoned Principals open to relocating to Odlabari, as well as experienced Vice Principals or School Coordinators ready to step up into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the school
- Drive curriculum planning, implementation, and academic quality across grades
- Oversee day-to-day school administration, staff management, and discipline
- Build and maintain strong communication with parents, staff, and management
- Ensure compliance with statutory and board requirements
- Represent the school at official, community, and board-level engagements




- Mentor and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff
- Drive continuous improvement in teaching standards and student outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or School Coordinator in a reputed school
- Excellent command over English language — both spoken and written
- Solid administrative and leadership capabilities
- Willingness to relocate to Odlabari, West Bengal
- Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field preferred (B.Ed/M.Ed or equivalent)
