Position: Asst. Manager - Account Receivables (AR)
This position entails managing daily financial transaction processes, including verifying, classifying, computing,
posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all daily financial transactions pertaining to accounts receivable.
• Lead the comprehensive reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers, including detailed reconciliation of
sales from all channels (retail stores, online, and e-commerce platforms) against bank statements and
payment gateway reports.
• Manage the timely and accurate posting of all financial entries, including sales, collections, commissions,
and the corresponding statutory deductions (TDS/GST).
• Prepare and present regular AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and key performance dashboards to
management, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all AR-related matters, professionally managing and resolving
queries from stores, branches, and brand partners.
• Collaborate closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline the order-to-cash cycle and




implement effective collection strategies.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
•
Bachelors degree in B. Com/M. Com with between 5 6 Years in the Account Receivable function
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Deep domain expertise in Tally ERP and Advance Excel
