What do we expect from you?

Analyze, interpret, and communicate data-driven insights to clients using statistical
techniques, machine learning, and AI-powered approaches.
Perform data exploration, feature engineering, statistical analysis, predictive modeling,
hypothesis testing, and model evaluation.
Design, develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and AI/ML solutions to solve complex
business problems.
Build scalable machine learning pipelines and support the deployment and monitoring of AI
models in production environments.
Evaluate AI/ML model performance and continuously optimize models for accuracy,
scalability, and business impact.
Translate complex analytical and AI concepts into business-friendly insights and provide
strategic recommendations to clients.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices,
identifying opportunities to leverage them for business value.
What do you need to excel at?

Strong understanding of quantitative analysis, data mining, trend analysis, customer profiling,
clustering, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
Ability to execute the data-driven planning process by developing analytical models, AI
solutions, and frameworks that connect business drivers to actionable insights and business
outcomes.




Apply AI and Machine Learning techniques to automate processes, improve decision-making,
and solve real-world business challenges.
Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, vector databases, RAG is desirable.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset to adapt to evolving AI
technologies.

What are we looking for?

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial
Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
1-4 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL for data processing, analysis, and model
development.
Experience with data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and data manipulation.
Good understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques such as
regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, and recommendation systems.
Exposure to AI technologies including Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering,
LangChain, RAG, Vector Databases, AI Agents, or similar frameworks is preferred.
Familiarity with AI model deployment, MLOps concepts, model monitoring, and API
integration is an added advantage.
Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure / AWS/GCP).
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing platforms (snowflake) (good to have)
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical
concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
Passion for exploring emerging AI technologies and applying them to solve real-world
business problems.
