Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration) including iFlow design, deployment, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth2, JSON configurations, and HTTP-based integrations
Experience in customer support, ticketing, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
Exposure to SAP Ariba/Signavio, CI/CD practices, scripting (Python/Groovy), and integration monitoring
Understanding of Process Mining, AI/LLM workflows, and robust communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
