Position: SAP ABAP with HCM Technical Consultant
Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP with HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM technical development and ABAP programming. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting SAP HCM solutions along with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance SAP HCM technical solutions using ABAP.
- Analyze functional specifications and prepare technical designs.
- Develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
- Create and enhance custom HR objects, infotypes, and Module Pool applications.
- Develop and support interfaces using RFC, BAPI, ALE, and IDoc.
- Work on data migration using LSMW.
- Build Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.




- Develop and consume OData services and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills:

- 7–10 years of SAP ABAP development experience with strong SAP HCM expertise.
- Strong experience in HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
- Expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP and ABAP 7.4+.
- Hands-on experience with Module Pool Programming.
- Solid knowledge of RICEF, LSMW, ALE, IDoc, RFC, and BAPI.
- Experience with SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 development and OData services.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of S/4HANA and latest SAP technologies is an added advantage.
