- Manage and maintain school computers, laptops, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff.
- Install and update software, systems, and security applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
- Maintain data backups, system security, and IT records.
- Support smart classrooms, CCTV systems, ERP, and other school technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and system administration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
