Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with 3–6 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, excellent communication skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for recruitment analytics and reporting. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously and supporting business growth through timely talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, factory, warehouse, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, hiring trackers, and analytical reports using Advanced Excel.
- Coordinate salary negotiations, offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment databases and ensure timely updates in the HRMS and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower planning and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Participate in employer branding, campus hiring, job fairs,



and recruitment drives.
- Generate periodic recruitment reports and present hiring metrics to management.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.
- Required Skills

- 3–6 years of recruitment experience in a manufacturing organization (Mandatory).
- Strong experience in bulk hiring as well as lateral hiring.
- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- IF Statements
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Charts and Dashboards
- Recruitment MIS Reporting

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Working knowledge of HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiner or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
- Must have experience recruiting for manufacturing companies.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring assignments independently.
