Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control activities to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Job Requirements :

- 20-27 years of experience in oil & gas industry as a General Manager - Projects or similar role.
- Solid background in client management, project coordination, and project management with expertise in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) projects.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage large teams effectively; excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
