- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack applications using Java and React.JS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to microservices architecture, Redux state management, and Spring Boot framework.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Robust understanding of React.JS for frontend development.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple microservices using Spring Boot as a backend framework.
- Proficiency in writing clean, modularized code that follows best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
