Job Title: Cloud Engineer ECM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer ECM with strong expertise in OpenText Documentum, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying and upgrading Documentum applications in Azure cloud environments, designing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise content management solutions.

The role requires a strong background in Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps practices, cloud architecture, and automation. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade ECM solutions while ensuring adherence to engineering standards and security best practices.

Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Strong experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native application deployment and DevOps practices.

Mandatory Skills

The candidate must have hands-on experience in the following areas:

- Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Documentum
- Good understanding of Documentum Core Fundamentals
- Experience in deploying Documentum applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Experience in Documentum upgrades or migration (preferably cloud-based)
- Basic knowledge of Documentum components like Content Server, repositories,



and architecture
- Robust working experience on Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience in application deployment automation and release management
- Basic understanding of automated testing in CI/CD pipelines

Roles & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Designing, deploying, and maintaining OpenText Documentum applications on Azure cloud.
- Deploying Documentum solutions on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Performing Documentum upgrades and migrations to cloud environments.
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Building scalable, reliable, and cloud-native enterprise solutions.
- Designing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation.
- Working closely with architects, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting production issues.
- Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to cloud security and engineering best practices.
- Driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Supporting production deployments and release activities.
