- *Contact Borrowers: Call, email, or visit people with late payments to talk about their accounts.

- *Keep Records: Write down every call, visit, and promise to pay.
- *Follow Rules: Obey local banking laws, fair debt rules, and company policies.
- *Make Reports: Give daily or weekly lists of collected money and problem accounts to managers.
