We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across India. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process through to successful closure.
Key Responsibilities-
- Understand and analyze client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client-specific requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details with selected candidates.
- Ensure candidates join as per the client's requirements and timelines.
- Achieve monthly recruitment and closure targets.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing consultancy.
- Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency hiring will be preferred.
- Positive understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Salary- 22k-30k+Incentives
