Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an BPO
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Experience handling team performance, escalations, and client metrics
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of customer support and Recruirtment
* Monitor daily team performance and ensure targets are achieved
* Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
* Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
* Maintain process compliance and quality standards
* Motivate and mentor team members to improve productivity and engagement
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operations teams
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
