JOB DESCRIPTION

Process Trainer Life Insurance Role Overview The Process Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for agents and operations teams in the Life Insurance. This role ensures employees are well-versed in end-to-end insurance processes, compliance requirements, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

- Conduct induction/onboarding training for recent hires covering company policies, products, and operational processes
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on life insurance processes (policy issuance, claims, renewals, surrender)
- Facilitate role plays, simulations, and case studies to reinforce learning • Train agents, tele-callers, and operations staff on customer handling and complaint resolution

2. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

- Identify skill gaps through observations, audits, and feedback from team leaders
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to align training to process changes
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and MIS reports

3. Performance & Quality

- Track post-training performance metrics and improvement scores
- Conduct refresher trainings based on audit findings and error trends
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to low performers
- Measure training through pre/post assessment scores.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Training completion rate (batch-wise)




- Pre/post assessment scores and improvement percentage
- Error rate reduction post-training
- Time-to-productivity for new hires
- Compliance training adherence rate
