Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, train, and motivate a team of travel consultants and operations executives.
- Oversee daily travel operations, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and related travel services, ensuring high service quality and accuracy.
- Monitor team productivity, service levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training to improve team effectiveness.
- Resolve complex customer queries, escalations, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to manage bookings, negotiations, and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, travel industry standards, and quality processes.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience in travel operations,



with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of flight reservations, hotel bookings, and travel operations.
- Working knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and monitor team performance.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
